Shared lists & shopping
Lists the whole family adds to, synced instantly for everyone.
← Help CentreEveryday
Lists are shared by everyone in the family — a shopping list, a to-do, or anything you like, all kept in sync.
Making a list
- Open the Lists tab.
- Tap New list (the round button, bottom-right).
- Give it a Name, pick a Type (Shopping, To-do or Custom), then choose an Icon and Colour.
- Tap Create list.
Adding and ticking off
Open a list to see what's on it. Type an item, add a Qty if you want, and add it — it appears for everyone straight away. Tap an item to tick it off, and tap again to bring it back.
Each card shows how many items are still to get, or All done when the list is clear.
Keeping it tidy
Once you've shopped, you can clear the ticked items in one go. Grown-ups can rename, recolour or delete a whole list from its menu.
A shortcut for cooks
Planning meals? You can send a recipe's ingredients straight onto a shopping list — see Meal planner & recipes.
