Add Oona to your home screen

Oona runs in your browser, but you can add it to your home screen so it opens full-screen like a normal app. It's free and takes a few seconds.

On iPhone or iPad

1. Open Oona in Safari (not inside another app).
2. Tap the Share button at the bottom of the screen.
3. Scroll down and choose Add to Home Screen.
4. Tap Add. Oona appears on your home screen.

Adding Oona this way is also what lets iPhones send you gentle reminders, so it's worth doing.

On Android or a computer

1. Open Oona in Chrome or Edge.
2. When the install prompt appears, tap or click it.
3. No prompt? Open the browser menu and choose Install Oona, or click the install icon in the address bar.

The easy way, inside Oona

You don't have to remember any of this. Oona shows an Install Oona option in Settings, and a little banner on Home that walks you through it. There's also a full guide at the install page, with a QR code to hop from your computer to your phone.

Viewing inside another app?

If you opened Oona from a link in Instagram or Messages, open it in your real browser first, then add it from there.
