Signing in (grown-ups & kids)

Oona has two ways to sign in. The sign-in screen has a Grown-up tab and a Kid tab, so pick the one that fits.

Grown-ups

1. On the sign-in screen, make sure you're on the Grown-up tab.
2. Tap Continue with Google, or enter your Email and Password.
3. Tap Sign in.

If you signed up with Google, use the Google button each time rather than a password.

Kids

Kids sign in without an email, using three things a parent can help with.

1. Tap the Kid tab on the sign-in screen.
2. Enter the Family code. Ask a parent for it.
3. Enter Your name, the same first name set when joining.
4. Enter your PIN, the secret one chosen when joining.
5. Tap Sign in.

The family code is the short name of your household. A parent can find it in Settings.

Trouble signing in?

• Double-check the email and password, or try Continue with Google.
• For kids, check the family code, name and PIN all match what was set up.
• Haven't joined yet? You need an invite first. See Add your family.
