Sitting alongside the Feelings check-in are two gentle helpers: a body check-in and your own toolbox of things that help. Both live on the Feelings screen.

How does your body feel

  1. Open More → Feelings and find How does your body feel.
  2. Tap anything you notice — hungry, thirsty, tired, too loud, wiggly and more. You can tap as many as you like.
  3. A soft suggestion appears for each one, like a snack, a drink or a quieter spot. They are only ideas, never instructions.

Naming what your body is telling you is the first step — there is no right answer.

What helps me

The regulation toolbox is your own saved list of go-to ways to feel steady.

  • Tap Add to save something that helps, pick an emoji, type a short label, and choose Calms me or Wakes me up.
  • Your saved items show up here, and also appear in the Calm Space when you need them most.
  • A grown-up can help set up a child's toolbox together.
