A soft, no-pressure way for everyone to share how they are travelling today. There are no scores and no wrong answers.

Check in for today

  1. Open More → Feelings.
  2. Under How are you feeling today, tap whichever face feels closest — Great, Good, Okay, Low or Upset.
  3. If you like, tap Add note to jot a few words. The note is just for you, and you can share only what you want.
  4. Changed your mind? Tap a different face any time — your check-in updates straight away.

See how the family is travelling

  • The family today shows each person with the feeling they chose, or a gentle dash if they have not checked in yet.
  • Your week quietly builds a picture of your own recent days, so you can notice patterns in your own time.

A few gentle reminders

  • It is okay to have all kinds of days. Low and Upset are welcome here too.
  • No one is marked, ranked or compared. This is about noticing, not measuring.
  • Kids and grown-ups all use the same simple check-in.
