Calm Space
A quiet full-screen space to settle, breathe and ask for room.
← Help CentreWellbeing
A calm, low-stimulation full-screen space for when things feel like too much. It is a place to slow down and settle, at your own pace.
Opening the Calm Space
- Open More → Calm Space, or tap the Calm Space card on the Feelings screen.
- Opening it can quietly start a calm window that pauses your own reminders for a while, so nothing buzzes at you. Stay as long as you like.
What is inside
- A slow breathing pacer — follow the circle, in as it grows and out as it shrinks.
- Your What helps me toolbox, shown gently so your own ideas are right there.
- Your own do and please-do-not reminders, if you have set up a calm plan.
Letting a grown-up know
- Tap Let a grown-up know I need space to send a quiet, kind message to your chosen grown-ups.
- It goes only to them — never to the family feed or anyone else.
- When you are ready, tap I'm okay now to leave.
Setting up ahead of time
You can prepare a calm plan in advance, including how long to pause reminders and your own how-to-help reminders, so everything is ready before you need it.
